Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

It takes 1 to 3 Business Days to process and ship your order after you place it. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Shipping and Delivery usually takes 2-5 Business Days after we processed it. If your product is low on stock, it can be delayed by an extra 2 to 3 Business Days. Rest assured, we are doing our best to get your order delivered as fast as possible.

Orders are fulfilled through logistics partners including Yodel and Royal Mail, to ensure reliable delivery across the UK. Shipping is free.

Returns

We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. If you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the next steps.

To ensure your return reaches us safely and is eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that all returns are sent via Royal Mail tracked after receiving the details from us. This helps protect both you and us from delays or lost parcels, and ensures we can process your return promptly once the item is received and passes inspection.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Orders are processed promptly. Where a customer requests cancellation shortly after placing an order, the request is reviewed and accommodated where operationally possible. Our team works with customers to reach a fair outcome.
  • Refunds are processed once the return is received and passes a brief quality check.
